Sensory Friendly Bite Blocks (Purple)

An extremely useful aid that promotes symmetrical strength, stability and gradation for clients with weak jaw muscles that manifest during vocal production or feeding skills (e.g. reduced mobility, sliding or deviation of the jaw). Like many Oral Positioning Therapy aids, it is used for diagnosis and therapy. Excellent for use in cases of dysarthria, apraxia and dyspraxia. Some clients prefer to bite into a softer surface when performing these exercises. Sensory Jaw Blocks function in the same way as the red ones, only they are made of a softer, more flexible material.
