NOTICE ON HOW TO SUBMIT A CONSUMER COMPLAINT


In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 19/22), a written complaint in
to whom you express your dissatisfaction with our business or purchased goods, you can submit
in one of the following ways:
- by personally submitting a written complaint to the staff at the office at Benkovačka cesta 25B, Zadar
- by mail to the company's headquarters at Ante Starčevića 25A, 23 000 Zadar
- via email to the email address: info@feralic.hr


Note: The complainant will be provided with a response on the merits of the complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. For this purpose, please indicate your name, surname and address in the complaint that you submit in person at the office or by mail.
