Payment methods and delivery
Delivery is made only after the buyer places an order and after the payment is visible on our transaction account. Delivery is made to the buyer's address specified when ordering. If the buyer is not at home at the time of delivery, a message will be left for him about the attempted delivery and instructions for picking up the shipment. If the buyer does not pick up the shipment within 5 business days of receiving the message about the attempted delivery with instructions for picking up the shipment (not counting the day on which the message was left), then the ordered product will be returned to the merchant. Pricing policy
Product prices are retail prices. Product prices and delivery prices are expressed in kuna. FERALIĆ doo is subject to VAT and all retail prices are shown with VAT included.
FERALIĆ doo is authorized to change prices without prior notice. Also, FERALIĆ doo is authorized to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for a single product, group of products and/or for all products at any time without prior notice.
Regardless of the previous point of these General Terms and Conditions, all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices that were valid at the time of making the offer or at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery, contract termination and return
Upon receipt of the purchased goods, the Buyer is obliged to immediately inspect the goods in the presence of the courier service delivering the goods to him in order to determine that there is no significant damage caused during the manipulation of the goods in transport that could affect the level of correctness. If the Buyer notices damage, the Buyer is obliged to refuse receipt of such a shipment and immediately notify FERALIĆ doo of the same, and if possible, document the damaged package or goods with photographs.
FERALIĆ doo will not accept subsequent complaints from the Customer due to visible defects in the product caused by manipulation during transport.
The buyer has the right to unilaterally request a return of goods within 15 working days, counting from the day of receipt of the product. Return of goods can be requested electronically by sending an inquiry to the e-mail address: info@feralic.hr
If the buyer submits a request for the return of goods via e-mail, they are required to provide their name and surname, address, telephone number or e-mail address, and state the reasons for the return of the goods.
FERALIĆ doo will notify the Buyer of receipt of the e-mail as soon as possible and process the inquiry.
FERALIĆ doo will approve the return of goods or termination of the Contract in the following cases:
- the goods received do not match the specifications ordered (item, dimensions, quantity, etc.)
- the goods received were produced with defects (errors during printing, surface damage, etc.)
- the received goods were damaged during handling in transport, while the condition of the outer packaging did not indicate any defects
- the goods received were not sent to the customer within 20 working days of the order, which FERALIĆ doo proves by sending the address book to the client when the package is shipped.
In the case of one or more justified reasons for return, FERALIĆ doo will respond affirmatively to the inquiry about the return of the goods by e-mail.
In the case from the previous point, the Buyer undertakes to return the delivered product to FERALIĆ doo at his own expense, to the registered office address: Ante Starčevića 25 A , 23 000 Zadar.
For a product that is being advertised or returned, FERALIĆ doo undertakes, within 15 working days from the date on which it approved the return of the goods, and after receiving the returned goods, to refund the funds paid, less the amount of postage. The postage incurred during the delivery of the goods is your direct cost and cannot be refunded. The refund of the funds paid is made in the same way as the Buyer made the payment (to the same bank account number).
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than 10 working days from the date when FERALIĆ doo approved the return of the goods. If the inspection of the returned goods determines that the goods are completely in order in all respects, it will be considered that the Buyer has duly fulfilled his obligation to return. If the goods are returned damaged, the Buyer is not entitled to request a refund of the payment made due to failure to fulfill his obligation to properly return the goods.
When returning goods, the buyer is obliged to return the goods in their original packaging with all accompanying parts and documentation, and any markings intended to indicate that the product has not been used or damaged must not be removed or damaged. Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods, except for those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PROCEDURE OF UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days from the day when the goods were handed over to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.
In order to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, the consumer must notify FERALIĆ doo of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the deadline expires by e-mail to info@feralic.hr.
The claimed product must be in its original packaging and with the declaration, as well as the corresponding invoice, instructions for use and warranty card.
In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, and is obliged to return the goods to FERALIĆ doo undamaged, unused and in the original undamaged packaging without undue delay, via the postal service provider, together with the invoice, and no later than 14 days from the date on which he sent the decision on unilateral termination of the contract to the trader. The consumer is considered to have fulfilled his obligation on time if he has sent the goods to the trader before the expiry of the specified period. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The seller is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery service. When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to send a complaint to the delivery person on the spot.
The company FERALIĆ doo is obliged to refund the amount paid to the consumer or replace the product, depending on the customer's request, without delay, and no later than 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods (if it is shown that there are no signs of damage or use). The refund will be returned in the same way as the consumer made the payment.
In the event that the goods returned by the consumer are damaged and are not for further sale, FERALIĆ doo is not obliged to accept the return of such goods. In the event that the value of the goods is reduced due to handling by the consumer, FERALIĆ doo has the right to a proportional reduction of the amount that it returns to the consumer.
Complaint due to hidden defects in the product
If, after receipt of the product by the Buyer, it turns out that the product has a defect that could not be detected by a normal inspection upon receipt of the product (hidden defect), the Buyer is obliged to notify FERALIĆ doo without delay. Upon expiry of the legal deadline for raising complaints due to hidden defects in the product, counting from the date of receipt of the product, the Buyer loses the right to raise complaints due to hidden defects.
FERALIĆ doo will accept the Customer's complaint due to a hidden defect only if it is a factory error or anomalies of the product that could not be determined at the time of collection.
Complaints and objections
Objections and complaints related to malfunctions or defects of the product can be sent electronically to the e-mail: info@feralic.hr
FERALIĆ doo will respond to the received complaint as soon as possible, and no later than 10 working days, counting from the date of receipt of the complaint, and will immediately upon receipt of the complaint, confirm to the Customer that it has received the complaint.
Replacement of purchased product
FERALIĆ doo can, in justified cases, allow the Buyer to return the goods and replace them with other goods, when the purchased goods do not meet the Buyer's wishes, with the fact that such goods must definitely be in the original packaging with the corresponding documentation. Approval for the replacement of goods, FERALIĆ doo . evaluates separately for each individual case of purchase and according to its own assessment. One or more accepted substitutions with the Customer or another customer will not be considered a usual business practice for subsequent exchanges or a usual unwritten practice of FERALIĆ doo .
Responsibility for using the website
FERALIĆ doo emphasizes that by using any part of the website and all of its parts, Customers are deemed to be familiar with these terms and all risks arising from the use of this website and agree to use the content of this website exclusively for personal use and at their own risk.

Conversion statement
All payments will be made in Croatian currency. The amount that will be charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price from euros to Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
All payments will be made in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
