TalkTools® Apraxia Program

This program was developed by speech therapist Renee Roy Hill, MS, CCC-SLP, TalkTools instructor and pediatric apraxia of speech expert. It is great for clients with motor planning difficulties to transition from oral positioning activities to speech activities. The aids provide tactile stimuli for specific sounds -- /m/, /p/, /b/, /o/, /u/, /e/, /i/, /a/. so that the client can feel the position of the articulators during speech production. Combined with verbal and visual stimuli, they provide a multisensory approach to supporting speech. The program includes: 1X bilabial shapes, 1x tactile tubes, and 1x speech blocks, and demonstration videos.
