About the author:

Dr. Patrick Fellus is a French orthodontist who has dedicated his career to functional and paediatric orthodontics. He trained with Prof. Deffez and Prof. Delaire, and at the Robert Debré University Hospital (Paris), he founded a multidisciplinary care unit focused on studying the causes of craniofacial deformities.

He participated in the creation of IFUNA (International Functional Association) and then founded SFOP (French Society of Paediatric Orthodontics), of which he became honorary president. He later founded IPOS (International Paediatric Orthodontic Society) with the aim of disseminating scientific data on the importance of prevention in orthodontics.
